How to order

The products are ordered on the online store's website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. Order and payment confirmation After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering. When ordering by email, we will send you an invoice. After paying the invoice, we will deliver the products for transport immediately. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With flexibility, you get 30 days interest-free payment period. An invoice surcharge of € 2.90 will be added to the purchase. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at € 9.90 / month. The cost of the flexible installment is € 3.90 / month and a credit rate of 19.90%. Terms & Conditions

The delivery terms are valid from 27.2.2020. Shop maintained by (Business ID 3110608-6). Product prices include VAT 24%. The trade is mainly conducted on the premises of Hokikellari. You can pay for your e-commerce order with the PayPall function. We reserve the right to change prices and cancel the order due to obvious price errors. Orders are binding when we are confirmed the order or delivered the products. You will receive an order confirmation in your email if you have provided us with your email address. We will add the order to the total fixed delivery costs according to the delivery and payment method. We only deliver orders to Finland. The subscriber must be 18 years of age or older. The contact information provided in connection with the order and registration will only be used in this transaction and will not be passed on. The information is confidential. The ordered products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The returned product must be unused, marketable and in its original packaging.

Delivery time

The delivery time for products ordered from the store is 2-5 working days. In summer, we deliver products once a week, when the delivery time may be longer. We will notify you of the changes by e-mail or text message.

Your package will be delivered to your local office, where you can pick up your package with an arrival notice. Delivery time for mugs and textiles 1 - 2 weeks. We cannot influence the delivery schedules of our partners and therefore the delivery time may vary. When ordering products from the site, the main method of delivery is either Matkahuolto, post or pick-up.

We also deliver products outside Finland, but delivery times may vary. INCE ice delivery is always agreed with the customer in advance. 

Shipping costs (Finland)

Change and return 

You have the right to cancel the order for the product you ordered by returning the product within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused, marketable and in its original packaging. The return is accompanied by a return form, which must be completed and attached to the return. Your payment will be refunded to your account as soon as possible if your order is canceled or refunded.

Payment can only be made once all the necessary information regarding the return has been processed. We are not responsible for delays or damages beyond our control. These include, for example, industrial action, import and export bans, pandemics or transport problems. If the force majeure persists for more than two months, both parties to the transaction have the right to cancel the order without damages or other penalties. 

Non - redemption

Failure to redeem a package is not the same as return or cancellation. For an unredeemed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the full price of the product including shipping costs.

Ownership and liability

Ownership of the products will be transferred to the Customer immediately after the conclusion of the agreement. The product's responsibility for the product passes to the Customer when the Customer has taken control of the product (for example, by acknowledging it by post).

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any error caused by defects in the computer software or the way in which the products, materials or the Service are handled.

The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer. 


The materials contained in the file products are protected by copyright and are copyrighted by the service provider or its subcontractors. 

Changes in

The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change these terms. The user accepts the current terms of the service when using the service.
